It came into being uniquely in 2008. The academic campus is within the familiar premises of Ad-din Akij Medical College (AAMC) at Boyra, Boikali (Dhaka Highway), Khulna, Bangladesh.
The academic building has been adequately equipped to accommodate lecture rooms, dissection halls, and modern laboratories. Each academic department has been provided with compatible computers and modern Internet facilities including access to portable scanners, multimedia, and other audio-visual aids.
